Cafea Thai

Apreciata in intreaga lume, cafeaua Thai isi are originile in zonele calduroase din Orient.

Ingrediente:

  • 1 lingura cafea
  • un strop coriandru
  • 2 boabe cardamom
  • 1 lingurita zahar
  • frisca
  • gheata maruntita
  • 100 ml apa

Preparare:

Se pun intr-un filtru cafeaua, coriandru si cardamom-ul. Bautura obtinuta se toarna intr-un pahar inalt in care deja a fost dizolvat zaharul cu o lingurita de apa si a fost adaugata gheata maruntita. La suprafata se adauga frisca din abundenta!
